4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We ship from the UK. Delivery time estimates are provided but are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you at the time of delivery (when you or someone at your address takes physical possession).
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately for assistance / claim.

5. Returns & Refunds

You must comply with that policy (e.g. items must be unopened, returned within specified time) for a return / refund to be valid.
For faulty, damaged or misdescribed items, we handle returns and refunds as outlined in that policy.

All content (images, text, logos, designs) on this site is owned or licensed by BuyMyBricks.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them beyond personal browsing / ordering without permission.
